Dresser Makeover {guest post}

Stacey from Embracing Change updated this dresser with one of our limited edition colors, Cobble Stone! She then added a bit of flair to the drawers with Pebble Beach and just a hint of Vanilla Frosting.

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I haven't stopped by in some time...it hasn't been that I haven't been painting! It is just with Christmas upon us that things have been sooooo busy!

I wanted to show you a dresser I transformed using my amazing Country Chic Paint in one of their new colors - Cobble Stone. It is a great shade of grey. Very rich and sophisticated. Here is a before picture of the piece I chose to try this on:

I painted this piece in Cobble Stone then distressed it and then sealed it up in Country Chic's Natural Wax which is the best wax EVER! He is quite stunning now:

I even used my Country Chic Paint in Pebble Beach to paint the inside of the drawers and used a paisley stencil in Country Chic Paint's Vanilla Frosting to add a little special detail inside each drawer!

I think he looks mighty sharp. And...I love my Country Chic Paint all the more :)

Stacey {Embracing Change}

My name is Stacey and I blog about my creative endeavors at Embracing Change. I dabble in blogging about my family and my faith as well as some crafts and recipes although my blog is primarily about painting and bring old and ugly furniture back to life. I love finding an old, ugly piece of furniture and making it pretty and new. It is my creative passion! My day job is being a mommy to two sweet girls and married to a pastor working alongside of him in ministry. Painting is what I do in my free time and for fun. My hobby has developed into a side creative endeavor as well and I have established The Blessed Nest whereby I now sell my creations to those that also have a love for all old things made new!
