Lindsay from My Creative Days completely made over this cabinet with just a bit of Rocky Mountain and some casters to give it a much sleeker look!
I instantly fell in love with this little cabinet when I saw it. It is the perfect size and it needed a little bit of work. Just like I like them.
The color of this cabinet was fun, but it wasn't a good paint job (you can't tell in this picture). The knobs were loose and it was missing some "height" (it was really a short cabinet - almost like it was missing legs).
I was so excited to try out some of Country Chic Paint's limited edition colors and decided to paint this perfect little cabinet "Rocky Mountain".
"Rocky Mountain" is such a great, charcoal gray color. I reused the hardware and just spray painted it black. To add height to the cabinet, we used casters.
The casters are probably my favorite part of the piece now. They added a little bit of "industrial" to an otherwise "traditional" piece. I think mixing different design styles to one piece or in an entire room adds so much interest.
This little cabinet has made the perfect addition to our back porch. It has added lots of storage and it can be moved around to play games on and eat snacks on. What else do you need in a cabinet?
