Dresser Remodel {guest post}

Today, Jen from Migonis Home shows us two stunningly different ways to make over your dresser. Bold and flashy, or simply sophisticated.

I think it is so fun to take one piece of furniture and rework it two different ways. I took this dresser a couple of weeks ago and turned it into a bright and bold statement piece.

It was fun and daring and would be perfect for someone looking for a piece just like that. But it was taste specific. And when I'm selling most of the pieces I refinish I generally have better luck with more neutral colors and classic knobs. Enter Country Chic Paint's Hurricane:

We have this amazing store near us called the Building Supplies Outlet... it is a fantastic place to find lower price home items that were overstocks elsewhere. I found these glass knobs there for only $3.50! The piece is simple and will beautifully accent a room.

I love brainstorming different ways to transform the same piece of furniture!

I'm Jen Migonis and I blog over at Migonis Home about renovating our small Cape (every single room is getting seriously revamped), decorating, food and family. The whole gamut. :)  And I love makeovers. Every time I see a good one it makes me giddy. Especially one where someone took some risks or had a really great vision.
